What do I need for a virtual therapy session?
A comfortable place to sit, stand, walk, or move in whatever way suits you. A confidential space. An internet connection, plus a device or computer with a working mic and camera. We can discuss the process for joining our secure virtual meeting, it’s as simple as one-click.
What can I expect in therapy?
To be welcomed just as you are. To understand all aspects of the therapy process and the services you are receiving. To determine the course of your therapy, be regarded as the expert you are, and to be celebrated and supported. You will receive consent forms describing in depth the nature and process of therapy services.
Will therapy make a difference?
Therapy is work and often not easy. Therapy can stir difficult feelings, present one with clarity around difficult choices, and contribute to changes that are often new and perhaps uncertain.
